My MobileWatch Wrist Phone

READ MORE: Bluetooth, Cellphones, Dick Tracy, Gadgets, MobileWatch, watches

watch_phone_left.jpg

Here come the cellphone watches, with this $499 Dick Tracy-esque model

from SMS Technology Australia being the second one we've seen this month. Called by its maker "the world's smallest wrist phone," My MobileWatch has an internal antenna, voice dialing and hooks up to Bluetooth, so imagine yourself wearing a tiny headset and just nonchalantly using your watch as a phone.

From what we could gather on the company's website, the MobileWatch is not quite ready to ship yet, but they're telling us to hurry because there will only be 30,000 watches available. Both of those little pieces of information make us slightly nervous. With its GSM functionality, the company says you can place an existing sim card into the unit, and then you'll be making phone calls from your wrist. Hey, it's just like Dick Tracy used to do, but better. His was just a two-way radio, with no Bluetooth!

What's intriguing about the MobileWatch is that it looks like it's just about the same size as a normal watch, unlike other attempts at this concept we've seen. One to watch.

If Americans are really as addicted to TV watching as the latest market statistics say we are, then this gadget sell like gangbusters. The WinTV Nova-t stick is small enough to fit in your pocket, but big enough to support SDTV, HDTV, and digital radio. The unit has a 2 year warranty and comes with their proprietary WinTV software. There's even a high performance antenna that comes with it so you won't have to position your laptop at a weird angle to get a signal. Now, not only can we blog from inside the porcelain kingdom, we can watch Lost there too.

HD Advance Software And A Harddrive

For all those smart people that own a playstation 2 most of you know what HD Advance is and for those who don't know youre in for a treat.

All you really need is a PS2, network adapter, Harddrive, and the HD Advance software.

But before you go out and do all this you must have the old playstation model in other words the big one the slim PS2 will not work with the software YET well find a way though. With the HD Advance you can copy all youre PS2 games on to the Harddrive.  This is so cool you won't have to deal with scratched games and you can play the games without using the game disc less BULK.

Right Now the software can handle up to 250 Gigs of space that's a ton of games you dont nescesseryly nedd to buy a 250 gig drive if you have a drive lying around the house use it but everything will be erased I use a 200 gig a 40 gig and a 20 gig harddrive with out any problems.

Now the Adapter and the Harddrive will become best friends here you have to place the hardrine on to the adapter connections and then inserted into the PS2 nice and firmly and that's it no modding or opening the console.

*Now it's so easy to use just pop in the Hd Advance disc on the PS2 and it will load up then on the right hand side it will ask you if you want to format the drive so you will and there will be options such as convert a game, delete a file (Game), rename a file.  The time to convert a game depends on how big of a file it is if it's a Gig or 2 it's 10 to 15 minutes, and if there 3 to 4 Gig's it will take 25 to 30 minutes.  But like all wonder full dreams you can't play online then you have to use your original disc tha the down side to all this.

You can find HD Advance for $25.00 - $60 bucks pretty much youll find it online and believe me you love it or I wouldnt be writting all this.

My Review Of The Xbox 360

Oh no what the are they thinking in microsoft that 360 iam sorry but If you got that so called system they say that It would be the state of thy art gamer console system of the future YOU were lied too, I would sue the you know what from them, and demand for them to take their time and make this thing they call a next gen console better and not just make a quick buck trying to get the edge on sony and nintendo.  I heard the claims of their being defective harddrives and overheating and it seems as if they just gave the old Xbox a makeover to appeal to the ladies HA!  To prove a point rent i mean rent Madden 06 because if you buy ha ha you just got robbed the characters look so fake while they were trying to make their faces look really good they forgot to make their bodies react realistically just go ahead and play ESPN 2k5 on the Playstation 2 and your actually be playing the same game jeez.  What is the reason for delaying all these so called awesome games such as Gears Of War the most awaited game for the 360 again just trying to lure gamers for a quick buck more like $399.99.  Now the online features why do I have to pay to play online "oh" I remember because their milking every possible cent from you.

Microsoft instead of Let's Play Together

as a slogan just

Get it together.
